Looking for a laptop bag to carry my 13" MBP

Essentially my criteria is,

Good quality,
Under 100 dollars.

I found this one on Ebags. I think it looks nice, but was wondering if you guys had any suggestions.

The price is a bit higher but the build quality is top notch.

The Vyper XS2 is great for double bagging. I have it with a bag that is currently discontinued.
