Looking for a light-weight keyboard shortcut manager

I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut manager for Mac that's as light-weight as possible.

I just want to be able to do things like:
- launch an app by pressing an F-key
- start a playlist in iTunes by pressing an F-key
- ...

Any recommendations?

P.S. Spark is giving me trouble, so I'm posting this thread to find some alternatives.

I would say to look into Default Folder X. I have it and like it; would probably do what you needed it to do
