App Q&A testing by request.
I'm wanting to find something that will work as a "Log Book" or some such. I'll explain my needs.

I'd like to have a page a month, which lists the same fields to fill in each month and a section for extra notes.

LIKE a monthly reminder list, BUT that I keep the records going through time...

Any thoughts?

(IF I can get a book looking skeumorph that's a bonus).

This is trying to refine what I'm looking for from a previous thread after thinking about my needs.

Can MS-onenote do something like this? Maybe something with Numbers? (something that goes between mac and ios wouldn't be bad :) )

You might look at GTD (Getting Things Done)apps. Generally speaking, it is an app that lets you make and manage detailed check lists. Most have a few ways to prioritize. I would expect one that would let you work with or within in a calendar would help with the monthly schedule. Here is a review plus a list of some of the most popular ones.
