Looking for a meal planning software for Lion ???

I am finding a meal planner software that has the similar features of this picture below, i.e. that software could tell you about nutritions in details. Thank you so much.

I used SparkPeople.com for that. I think this is a case where an online service beats an app, due to the ability to quickly update information.
