i'm looking for a software that i used in the past to create a mindmap. it allowed me to put an image in the background and create the mindmap over it. it would let me create different shapes and link them by clicking one, holding a button on my keyboard, then clicking the other. it also let me modify the lines that connect them. i can't remember if it was specifically for mindmapping or not, but it got the job done. here's a scaled down map that i made in the past with this software:
i'd like to do the same type of thing. i don't like omnigraffle, and mindnode doesn't seem to allow background images that aren't nodes. any help would be much appreciated.
