Looking for a mobile Proxy...

Hi there I am looking for a mobile proxy, one that I can just put on my Flash drive insert my pendrive into my computer and by pass the firewall. I know that this works as my friend has one on his windows laptop.

I have searched around but havent found one for mac... I would be happy to pay for it.
