Looking for a NAS Drive

Hello.. looking for recommendations for a NAS drive that works well with a Mac. My requirements are:
-RAID 1 Capable
-Bittorrent downloading built-in
-Quiet
-Up to 2 Tb of space for each HD

I have a QNAP TS 209 Pro, but it's dying on me. It goes to 100% CPU. I do like the it overall, but it's pretty expensive. Any alternatives? Thanks!

I don't have direct experience, but am researching home NAS devices and the top choice on my list is currently Synology DS210j. However the DS211j is likely to come out real soon, so do some research.
