Looking for a new keyboard for my Mini.

Currently I have a HP keyboard seen here:

I love this keyboard it is easy to type on and has good feel. Though I want a keyboard that is back light.

I am not sure if I want a mechanical keyboard or a membrane keyboard. Though if I go with mechanical I want a quiet one dont need to wake everyone up in the house.

Any suggestions.
