Looking for a NOTE app that gets backed up

I use the notes feature on the iphone but with release 2.1 apple removed the contents of the notes from the backup process so...if I have to restore my phone, which I had to do twice, I lost all the contents of my notes. So my question:

Is there an app that provides the notes features but gets backed up when up back up your iphone?

He was referring to the back-up process in iTunes, that the notes from the Notes app won't be backed-up. So when the OP did a restore from the back-up, he actually lost the notes.

best notes app I've found

I've looked at almost every Notes type app. Basically I want to have the best substitute for To Dos in iCal if I can't have the real thing. iCalDo will sync to your iCal To Dos -can add notes in iCal on computer and they will sync to iCalDo on iPhone or add notes in iCalDo on iPhone and they sync to To Dos in iCal.
