Looking for a notes app w/ Mac and windows version

Gang,

Imlooking for an app for iPhone 4 that I can drag links into, type on, drag images and text to from webpages or PDFs or other sources, have this mish mash then cloud sync to my Mac and pc at work so I see all the same things.

Does something like this exist? Could there be something like this that has grids so things could be arranged and ordered?
