Looking for a On Screen Ruler Application

Hi

Can anyone recommend a free On Screen Ruler application?

I already downloaded the Free Mac Ruler app and another one from the App Store, however they do not seem to be bright enough, such as the ones that you can install on Windows, which is a bright yellow or brown ruler that looks realistic...

I use it to reference info during split screen while typing and it helps having a ruler.

Any help appreciated!
