Looking for a program that i can sink pictures with music

looking for suggestions on programs. i would like to my photo's and sink them with some music, for christmas for the grand parents.

You can do this with iMovie. It lets you bring in pictures and you can adjust them to sync with the music as you want. Not automated of course though.

I don't know if you'd ever find one that does a perfect job syncing. The trick is finding the right rhythm and setting the photos to change on the beat. For most songs it is usually between 3-4 seconds. any longer than that and it gets kind of slow and feels less like a fun slideshow and more like an awkward powerpoint presentation...
