let me know if this program exists. i am in real-estate and finance. so i am looking for a program that i can make notes and add emails, spreadsheets, pdf's docs, pics all in one place for each deal i do. do they have a program for this and also is there an iPad and iPhone app also.

Evernote is no more useful than a paper notebook for something like this.

A simple database in Bento or Filemaker Pro would be good to keep all that info organized.

I'm a web developer and use Bento to organize info like that for projects. Each project can have related files, Address Book contacts, iCal events, emails, etc.
