Looking for a Russian ISP

I'm looking for an ISP in Moscow. I spend part of the year in a private residence (not a single family home, but a flat in a large building) close to the city center and I'm tired of dealing with Internet cafe's.

Any suggestions? I'm not there all year, but if the rates are reasonable, I'd keep the service active. I don't know much about the options (DSL, wireless, etc).

When I would move, from apartment to apartment building, I would ask the locals who has the best internet for cheap. Ask your new neighbors, see what they have. They would probably know the best.

Unfortunately, I have never been to Russia. I have a friend in China is that close enough?

Seriously though, I really don't know of any ISP you could use in Russia. I am sure you already have done this, but I did a search on Google, and came up with this: http://translate.google.com/transla...result&prev=/search?q=ISP+Moscow&hl=en&pwst=1

It may help, but I could not recommend any of them.
