Whenever I start Safari, I find myself clicking the text size icon at the top one time to increase the text size for each page I visit. (or I press CMD+).

Is there any way to make Safari start up with a larger text size as the default so I don't have to do this for each page? (I'm lazy).

Go to "Safari" in the menubar, then click "Preferences". Once in the "Preferences" window, click the "Advanced" tap and check "Universal Access: Never use fonts less than …" Select the minimum font size.
