Looking for a slim fit white case

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for a slim fit all white case with the following features:
- slight lip so screen does not sit on surface
- somewhat rubbery (no plastic cases)
- slim
- cutouts around the charging port, speakers, headphone jack (no open bottom like the apple cases)
[EDIT] - no cutout around the apple logo [/EDIT]

I have an incipio NGP on my 4S and it's great. I've dropped my phone more times than I can count, and both the phone and case still look pristine. I'd order one for the 6, but this time I'm looking for an all white version and incipio doesn't seem to carry one. I've found one that's pretty close to what I'm looking for (switcheasy numbers), but the portion around the camera on the switcheasy case is black.

Are there any less-known companies that have what I'm looking for?

White silicone=dirt magnet.

The Apple silicone case would be my choice. Very slim and it's not sticky silicone but a soft touch like the iPad smart covers. I have the black silicone case (well, it's dark gray), and it's quite nice.
