Looking for a software suggestion...

I was hoping somebody knows some good software out there or how I can do this maybe with iTunes. I'm looking for a way to be able to create playlists from my music library that when I'm finished I can export the playlist and mp3 files to a thumb drive. My car (uConnect by Chrysler) has the ability to read mp3 playlists and mp3 files off a thumb drive plugged into a USB port but i'm having trouble creating those playlists. Also, if it would be great if the software would convert those that are in the m4a format to mp3 cause it seems like my car wont read those ones. Any help or suggestions would be awesome!

I use MMITunes for my Audi's system. It doesn't do exactly what you're looking for...

Thanks codymac for the posting. The 2nd one worked like a charm! I'll have to just redo the few songs I have in m4a to get everything perfect. Hopefully iOS5 will solve this problem anyway and i'll be able to plug in and use my phone like its supposed to LOL
