Looking for a sound output enhancer app, similar to "Hear"

Hello. I've been using "Hear" [http://www.joesoft.com/products/hear.php] to enhance the sound output on my MBP and LOVE it (When i was using Windows i used SRS Audio Sandbox). Anyways the only thing i hate is that it doesn't work on some applications, causing the sound to not be processed through Hear and thus not giving me that perfect sound i want. The application hasn't been updated in a few months and i'm not sure if/when it will be so i'm looking for an alternative. I'm looking for something that will process all audio from different apps and not just an iTunes plugin. thanks in advance.
