Looking for a specific app

Im looking for an app for my iphone that will let me open a file (pdf preferably) and then be able to search inside of it. So if its a car on articles and I wanna search "engine" it will find it within the text. Is there such an app out there?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I searched for "pdf" in the App Store on my iPhone there were a few that could open a PDF (DataCase and FileMagnet)

The first one that I found to include a search function is Annotater.

Yea, I found annotater as well. Only problem is that its mac only and im on PC. Anything like it but for the PC?
