Looking for a specific document template

I have a very specific document template in mind and have no idea 1. if it exists and 2. where I might find it. The idea is a document with tabs going down the right side or the top. Sort of like Excel where there are tabs along the bottom, but for a document. Notebook by Circus Ponies as the idea but I need to be able to do it with Word or Google docs.
