Looking for a specific ringtone app

I don't have access to a computer and so I want an app that lets me make ringtones from my music library and does NOT require iTunes sync. I looked around on google and all I got was some apps that have been removed from the app store.

I think that it is difficult to find to this specific app. Try anything other. Sorry unable to help you.
