Im not asking for the bios or anything.. but rather simple instructions on how to add roms I already have (and i actually own a PS but the thought of playing FF7 on my iphone is too cool).

I don't have any familiarity with SSH or anything of that nature.. I figure there must be a guide out there for what i need to do somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated.. thanks.

thanks but its the placing stuff into folder like "/var/mobile/Media/ROMs/PSX folder" that i am not understanding.. i have all the files I need. i dont know how to get them where i need them to go

Sounds like what you need is a guide to using open SSH. This is an app you download from Cydia. You connect the desktop to the iphone to download and upload files using something like Cyberduck on the Mac or WinSCP for a windows machine.

Google open SSH.

Download the latest DiskAid for your computer. You can transfer large files like PSX roms to whatever specified folder you want really fast over USB.

Cyberduck on the Mac with Open ssh on the iphone works great.

Ok I used cyberduck and it the bin and cue files in the right folder. But when I click on them in the app it either throws me out or stays on a black screen indefinitely.

Am I still doing something wrong or is my rom just screwed up
