I am planning to get a new Air soon and have spent a lot of time online, going through this forum, etc. I am struggling to find a case that might work for me. I have found that as I am getting older I don't do well with grippy cases anymore as they really irritate the skin on my fingertips. For example I used to be fine with Spigen Liquid Crystal TPU and their Ultra Hybrid cases but now they really irritate the skin on my fingers as they have enough grip that my fingers don't effortlessly glide along the back of the phone. I used to be fine in the past with Apple Silicone cases but the one I have on my 16 Pro even irritates my fingers. Now it seems almost like I need a very slick case, verging on being slippery actually, or at the very least not sticky/tacky/grippy. Getting old sucks lol.

I'm hoping to find a somewhat thin, reasonably light weight case. Preferably a clear case but open to non clear as well. I actually really liked the Apple Frosted case for the Air except it has an open bottom (since I use a screen protector, every time I would swipe up from the bottom of the screen my finger will hit the bottom edge of the screen protector which is annoying). I would want it to offer some screen and camera lens protection.

I welcome any recommendations. I live in the US and can order from amazon or any online site. I remember on my iphone 6s Plus I used a clear hard case from Speck that was very slick/slippery but don't know if the Speck cases are still that way today. I am open to pretty much any brand.

Thank you in advance.
