Looking for a Wave Out Mix recorder app

I need to find an application that can record the Wave Out Mix on my iBook. This is what is going through the speakers, or the what the computer is saying is the audio output.

On my Windows, I have a program I used called Creative MediaSource. It came with my Zen. Is there something for a Mac I can use? Thanks, this is important.

If you mean you want to capture the audio from your mac to another system as a wave file using the audio out then,. I would go with audacity as it is pretty much cross platform and free. It will allow you to record as a wave file and with a plugin that is free as well as mp3.
