Looking for a weatherproof zipper pouch.

I'm looking for a weatherproof (not necessarily "waterproof" but more dustproof than anything) style zipper pouch that can be worn on a belt.

I work construction and I'm out in the elements 5 days a week and in dusty environments. In the long run I want a pouch large enough to carry the iphone with the new incase power slider (due out this holiday www.goincase.com) attached.

If anyone has any suggestions please post them. I've been googling for this case at least once a week now for the past 3 to 4 weeks without success, maybe I'm typing the wrong query, I dunno but please help.
