Seems like all you can find these days is a shallow play keyboard. I'm looking for one that's got deep keys, but isn't clicky like a gaming keyboard. I figure the collected experience here should have a perfect option for me. FYI the one I use now is a Lenovo KU-0225, with number pad. Need that number pad. Any suggestions are appreciated!

What about an MX Mechanical with linear switches? It's not clicky once you get used to it, because the switch activation point isn't at the bottom.

Thanks - is that (MX) a brand name or what? Edit: sorry I should have googled first. Got it, Logitech. Thanks. Hoping to find something that doesn't cost $150 though! :)

Sorry -- yes, Logitech. And yes, it is spendy, although it sounds like it might fit the bill for you otherwise.

Thank you - from what the amazon reviews indicate, it is "very loud". Looks perfect otherwise, thank you -
Sorry. I should have done the research for you.

You might also want to consider a Realforce R3 Topre keyboard. It has deep keys, Mac modifiers, and Mac specific function keys. It can be set as wireless or wired and typing on it is a wonderful, thocky experience. Bonus, you can set the actuation point of the keys to suit your preferences.

Where is the best place to buy it? Quite pricey. How long do batteries last with bluetooth?
