Looking for adapter

Does anyone know of an adapter with inputs for lightning and micro USB, and a lightning output?

I want to connect a micro USB from an IK Multimedia iRig HD2 (guitar FX setup) and my iPhone charger to an adapter and then connect the adapter to my phone allowing me to use the FX software while the phone is charging.

Typical adapters will have female input connectors (lightning & USB) and male output (lightning). With such and with the HD2, you would also need a cable. It would be better for the adapter to have a female USB-A connector instead of a female USB-microB as the cable, USB-A male to USB-microB male, would be vastly easier to source.
