Hi all,

I am an it Support Engineer that spends a lot of my time out of the office and at customers repairing there computers. i have time sheets which i use to both explain what i have done ie repairs etc and the times i started and left.

they also sign these sheets to prove this.

are there any apps or combination of apps i could use to achieve this on an ipad ?

i would also like to export to a windows machine in some kind of way

I would look into ProntoForms. You can create a form that looks just like the one you are currently using now. That way you can customize all the fields, do signature capture, geo-tagging and even picture attachments. Then, you can organize it on the back-end system and export it using Excel (or something similar).
