iPod touch Looking for an application for keeping track of media

Lookin for an application that keeps track of all kinds of media that I can access offline. By media I mean stuff like movies, games, books, etc. Currently have an app called My Library but it's rather difficult to navigate, is slow and sometimes can't find movies I'm looking to add.

Any suggestions?

It does look quite wonderful! But alas, I own a PC and this appears to only work for Macs.

Any other ideas?
