Hello.

I'm interested in making a Widget for Mac OS. Based on an internet website.
Anyways my question is if you know any applications for making your own Widgets easily.

Thank you very much.

Dashcode allows you to make widgets, but you need to know CSS, Javascript, and HTML.
You could use Safari’s ‘Open in Dashboard...’ functionality. Just right click and select Open in Dashboard.

Oh! The safari feature is pretty cool. Is there any way where i can give a download of my Widget now to others? And what's Dashcode? Is it downloadable?

Thank you so much for trying to help.

I don’t know where the widgets would be stored when you create them this way, sorry.

Dashcode is part of Apple’s developer tools and can be found on your Mac OS install or restore disk.
