Looking for an audio jack to usb

Hey all, does anyone know where I can get an audio jack to usb for my headset?

It has a speaker and mic.

(Preferably in Australia)

Trying to find on Google but only find ones with one input.

I don't have a link at hand but Logitech makes one. I have it and it works very well. It has both headphone and mic inputs.

Try searching for the term "usb audio card" in google. I used one of these with an old Mac Mini that had its internal audio board die. It worked out of the box and no additional drivers were needed. The one I used looked exactly like the one below and only cost me few dollars.
