Looking for an Automatic Video Splitter (every ten minutes)

i know you can use imovie, and quicktime, to chop videos in to ten minute segments..

but i was wondering if there was a program thats automatic.. where it will scan the video and chop it into clips every ten minutes.. instead of doing it manually
