Because I'm yanking an old 160GB HD out of a PC to use with a Mac Mini.

you linked to 2.5" drives, i think he was looking for 3.5" but you can always find ones those size at either newegg.com or tigerdirect.com with no problem, those are probably your best bet

I wish I could find a Firewire SATA 3.5" HD enclosure. All I can find are USB 2.0, and they're hideous enclosures too.

I second Newegg. Or DealSonic. I've been happy with both, and Newegg has reviews, which helps too.
