You can buy picture frame stands at walmart really cheap they fold too.

Actually they are called easels I guess. The attached is similar to the one I have except mine is clear plastic.

I have an Amazon Basics stand that works great for multiple tablets. I've tried Nexus 7.2, iPad 3, iPad mini, and retina iPad mini and they all work great!
