Does anyone know of an application that allows you to plug in a microphone into a MacBook's audio-in port, and then play the same sound out through the audio-out? (Sort of like a loudspeaker?)

It would be useful in meetings, etc. to have something to magnify my voice without the need for an extensive setup.
