Couldn't fit the exact request in the topic unfortunately.

However, I am looking for an app (or how I can make the simple app) that can do the following.

We offer a service that we do Mac trainings for many clients. We offer training as a package deal where you can get 3 training for a certain price. The issue is keeping track of who has how many trainings left.

We need a simple app that can take customer information (name and phone number will suffice) and put it in a local (or cloud) database that we can record the number of trainings they used (and preferably when the used them)...

Any other things that need to be clarified let me know! Thanks for the help.

Someone might have a better idea, but you could maybe use Apple's Numbers app to make spreadsheets for all the info you need to track. Plus it would sync nicely with iCloud between all devices that have the app (OS X and iOS)

It should even be free on both platforms depending when you bought any Mac or iDevice you may have.
