Looking for app to protect my kids

Looking for an app (maybe something like schools use on their iPads ) that does the following;

Filter web searchers and sites
Content filter
App restrictions
Restrict registering for services like twitter, Facebook, Instagram ect
Block custom sites like you tube

Thanks for any input!

It will be easier to set this up at a network level, instead of on each device in your house.
