looking for app to remap numpad keys to new hotkeys

i'm looking for an application that can remap numpad 1, numpad 2, etc. to keys like fn/control/option/command + the number

so it would look like
numpad 1 -> fn + 1
numpad 2 -> fn + 2
etc.

i also prefer the app to be able to hotkey remap only for specific programs, like warcraft 3

hey again!

it's been a while but i've actually found a program to do this. i use the free version of ControllerMate, and i've remapped my numpad1 and numpad2 buttons to Control+Q or Control+W.

the interface was a bit tricky to get working though, you have to build your remaps through a tool gui, putting parts together.

once i had it working though i was very pleased with the results
