Looking for apps Imac G4 Mac OS X Tiger

I just installed Mac Os X Tiger on Imac G4 with 512 MB Ram. This is my very first Apple computer as I have only used Windows and Linux before .

That Computer feels dated as expected . I am looking for some apps which make this computer somewhat useful .

Please suggest me some apps for video playback , office suite , video editing and some games .

This is a hobby computer BTW

How about some useful apps which were widely used when this PC was still relevant .

macintoshgarden.org has a lot of old Apple apps, it might be worth going through there to see what strikes your fancy.
This also doesn't answer your question, but I would highly recommend upgrading the RAM to the maximum 1GB on that machine - this should help a lot with performance.

Which version of the iMac G4 do you have?

This has a good guide: https://everymac.com/systems/apple/...el-faq/imac-g4-how-to-upgrade-memory-ram.html - these iMacs have one easy to access bottom slot (the one at the top is more difficult to access and unless you are quite confident, not worth the trouble).

The easiest solution will be to get one 1GB stick of SO-DIMM (laptop) PC2700 DDR RAM - this will take you up to 1.25GB which will be a great improvement.
