This is a Windows  feature I can't find on the Mac nor in Google searches other than to find other people looking for the same thing.

I would like to have a simple sound played when the Caps Lock, Scroll Lock and Num Lock are played. As a semi-sighted person it is hard to tell when these keys are pressed even if I watch my hands or try to touch-type.

So, dear friends, where can I find such a thing?

Thaks!

I'm not sure of an exact solution, but, ... Why don't you activate VoiceOver (System Preferences > Universal Access) and turn most of its features off but keep the ones you find helpful. At the very least it'll announce when the Caps Lock key is pressed.
