I have a Zebra LP-2844 Thermal Printer and am looking for Mac OS X software that I can use with it to print bar code labels. I would just need to print labels such as 2x1, 3x1 or similar sizes that will be put on inventory and they will be scanned into inventory with a bar code scanner. I'd also wnt to be able to put a product name/model # on it. It seems to be a wide variety of software that can use this but I want to make sure it can print to a printer like this and see if anyone has tried any of this software and see if I can get opinions of some of the software that is out there.

Ive done this with a zebra printer (cant rem which model) a few years ago but it was on win xp.

Anyway we sent the data (control codes) straight to the printer via a dll we wrote.

Sorry, probably not helped much.

If you just want toprint the odd label off, there used to be a web site called barcode mill where you can provide data and label type and it will generate one for you...
