The only one I know of is the moment battery case. I believe it fits all your wishes except being super thin. I have one coming since I backed this on Kickstarter several months ago. If you want or anyone is interested in buying mine, I am upgrading to the Max so I'm going to sell the battery case. It will be brand new and unopened. eBay account since 1999 with 100% rating.
