Looking for budget 4k monitor for M1 mini

Hi,

5K and up monitors are too expensive to pair with my M1 mini. Does anyone have suggestions for a 27" or 32" 4K monitor?

There seem to be a lot in the under $500 range, but I am not sure what is important. I use my system for general business and programming. I assume thing like freesync support are not important since I don't game on this system.
