Looking for: Calendar/To Do List App for family

My wife and I are getting new iPhones, are are looking for (with no luck) for an app we can both download and sync together to share a family scheduling calendar and to do list, that will update on one phone as the other marks it as complete.

Are there any such apps availible for this function.

If you both have Macs just use iCal and one of you subscribe to the family calendar.

You can still use Outlook's calendars I believe.

you can setup a google calendar that will work, not sure on the notes.
