macOS Looking for cooperation on app publishing

I'm seeking collaboration partners for publishing LaunchPad - a modern macOS application launcher built with SwiftUI. This project replaces Apple's deprecated Launchpad with a highly customizable interface.

What I'm Looking For:

• Someone with a paid Apple Developer account
• Understanding of macOS app distribution best practices
• Optional experience with Mac App Store submission process

I don't have a paid Apple Developer ID. Currently the app is not properly signed and not notarized so some users receive a Malware or Unidentified developer warning. To make UX much better, I'd like some help. I'm open to any suggestion or publishing method.
