Looking for Dialing Software

Hey- Anyone know where I can find auto-dialing software for OS X.
(not for any really nefarious use. I get work by dialing into a phone system, and can't get through all the time because the line's busy..)

I previously used an app for OS9 called 'Phone Tech,'

and I also found a PC app called 'Repeat Dialer 3.50'

Something like these apps for OS X --or any thoughts you might have would be great.

Can you just write a shell script that issues AT commands to the modem? You may also use Fink to install a simple comm package like Minicom.
