Looking for disk comparison software.

I have a failing Lacie 1T hard drive, and I had them send me another one. But before I wipe and send back the defective one, I want to make sure I have everything on the new one. Using the disk utility I see about a 1.5 gig difference and several thousand files……but using the app Compare Folder, it says everything is the same. Is there a program like Beyond Compare for Macs? I use that program at work on pcs, and I love it. I see they're coming out with one for Macs….but chances of it coming out in the next seven days it pretty slim. Any suggestions?

It's not quite beyond compare, but I've been using dupeGuru http://www.hardcoded.net/dupeguru/ for just making sure I had all my MobileMe iDisk stuff archived.

Most of the time though I just use diff from Terminal. A simple

diff -rs <source1> <source2> | grep -v identical

is usually enough.
