Looking for Facespan

Does anyone happen to have this program, Facespan? It was just bought by another company, and is not offered for sale yet, and my uncle has a legit copy, but it's not accessible right now - in fact, it's half way across the world.
So if anyone could e-mail me a copy, or point to a place it can be obtained, please let me know.

Apparently it is version 3.5 he has a code for. Can anyone point me to it? Thanks again.
