The design is quite nice overall, but there are just a few points i like to make. No disrespect intended.

1. The font on the menus can be a bit hard to read due to the type of font that is being used. I looks clutters and in some places like the font is dark then the letter next to it is faded,

2. The flash animations are a bit week. add a little more depth to the design. I would put more into the flash title windows. Dress those up considerably.

Otherwise I really like the over all appearance. Good work mate

I definately like the feel of the site and it projects the level of professionalism that I would like to see should I be looking for a web design company. It reminds me a little of the adobe website with that flash animation. It does seem a littly "wordy" though.
