Looking for File Synch software

I would appreciate any suggestions for an easy to use, synching program. I need it to synch photos between two external HDD's. I would also appreciate any comments you may have about your experience with the program.

I have a lot (3TB) of photos and use Sync Standard, $35. I tried Sync Backup, $25 and it did not work for me. I use Sync Standard to make backup copies of external drives of images and other files.

Chronosync. Fully featured, rock solid, been around for years, active developer. Enough said.

I use file synchronization by nemesys to sync between my laptop and a remote server to keep a backup. IT was a great option at $15.
